Snaggles, go for it. I run my own book club and it's not that difficult, although I suppose you'd have to plan routes and stuff. It's easy to organise groups cos of yahoo or facebook.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

    Good evening!

I'm really touched, I was talking to Mr Sunday about needing something cool for my bedroom wall, and he has come up with a gorgeous black and white photo that he took at the Yorks Sculpture Park a few months ago. He's a very good photographer, and I know it's only a photo, but it's so thoughtful and personal. He would be such a lovely friend if only I didn't feel more than friendship for him.

Run club sounds good Linda. There is nothing near me that's suitable, and I'm beginning to wonder how much work would be involved in starting my own running club. I might just see if I can get a few people interested in an informal 'meet once a week and run' type thing at first.

    That is sweet......for a man...

I think a photo is a lovely gesture, it really is. I'd be very touched if someone gave me a photo they had taken.

blimey, it's so cold in here I can see my breath :o I might have to pop the heating on for an hour in a minute. The oven is on with dinner in it so that at least will help a little. It's times like this I wish I had a fire of some kind I could put on in the living room just so I can heat the 1 room rather than putting the heating on.

Are you okay Sammy? Anything we can do? :grouphug:

    BB - grrrrr, bloody men!

Can't you turn the radiators off in the rooms you don't want to heat? Even the old ones usually have a thing to turn at the side?

Ames - I'm just worried because run clubs are usually quite official things, but I guess if I could just get a few people interested to start with, I could gradually learn more about the rules and stuff.
