Hi All,
This month has started to see us struggle a wee bit to get to our intended target of mortgage free by 01/12/10 so not so good. A few family members needing loans and buying hotels for the upcoming Vegas trip has gotten us down to a lower level of cash on hand than I would have liked. We'll definitely make it to August at the current payment levels which will have the mortgage down to £10,500 but it's more hope than expectation that we'll hit the date we had planned...jackpot in Vegas notwithstanding....
Cheers,

No 66 reporting in.
OPs of £976.24 for April so just about on target at the third of the way stage.
Just realised that my OPs to date probably mean that I, not the BS, am now the proud owner of the disused chimney stack that appears to be leaking rainwater through my dinning room ceiling. I guess I'll be reporting lower figures for the next couple of months as any Ops may well be diverted towards the repair bill!
Regards
Puddle0
