    Hi all

    Number 81 reporting in. I've made a £500 OP this month which means £1300 so far this year and 13% of this years target. This means my total outstanding now starts with a £169... rather than a £170.... :j

    You're all doing great
    I know what you mean when you go below the next 10k. I'm at £81,xxx at mo and keep looking at how long before I am below 80k :)

    Well done on the coursework and the overpayments Kazby. :T

    Aw thanks skaps. Seems to make sense to live like a student whilst I still am one (the full time job gets in the way of the partying though :))

    Thank you Cake!
    Can sympathise with this, horrible having carp neighbours isn't it? We've escaped ours, thankfully.

    Thank you! :-( Yes, its surprising how the law operates also - they've painted our wall and also hung an aerial above our drive but theres not a thing we can do about it - the law favours them!!!:mad: We can't do a thing apart from wait for them to move (probably get repossessed as they have done previously) or move ourselves but when you are in the middle of a dispute thats impossible (and despite a compromise on our part they are still not budging!).

    I just want out but paying off our mortgage would just make the whole situation so much easier!:( So everything I think of them....I add to Porcha - our mortgage pig!:p
  • It's official - I have just worked out that we have 268 mortgage payments still to make :eek:. Granted I have only had a mortgage for 2 years, but thank goodness that I found out about overpaying now!

    Roll on pay day! :rotfl::rotfl:

    Was under the impression that the space above one's house was one's own. But def best advice is keep a low profile and pray they go soon.
