    Hello all!

    Happy New Year!

    Number 63 here :-)

Well, after spending most of 2010 trying to sell our flat and buy a house we have now decided to stay in our flat for the forseeable future. We are both happy with our decision and it means we can continue our MFW quest, hooray! So I'm glad to report we overpaid £9,500 in December, the maximum allowed for the year. Woohoo!

    Good luck for 2011 everyone.

    Lady xx

Managed to achieve my £12k target. After a dodgy middle year with a 10% pay cut, my other half has got a new job so we were able to make up the shortfall.
  • Happy New Year everyone!

#204 reporting in Dec op of £200. I made my target of £800 for 2010. Yay!!

Quick question please - is there anyone (other than those who became mortgage free during the challenge ) on the 2010 challenge not planning to carry on with the 2011 challenge? Absolutely no offence would be taken, promise :D

No 90 checking in for final payments of 2010

    November overpayment £221.82
    December overpayment £221.82

    Total for year: £3,308.84

Not quite hit my target but still chuffed with this and will try harder in 2011. I have though built up around £3,000 in savings which I thought was important too as I didn't have any!

Thanks to Cake21 and Happy New Year to everyone

    Hi Cake

Just spied that my OP figure for December says £8,500 but we OP'd £9,500 in that month. Is there any chance it can be amended please? Sorry to be a pain!

    Thanking you kindly in advance!

    :p
