Tape up your letterbox on a Friday ~~~ That way you wont get the post untill Monday...

Seriously; Don't worry about it, by the time we received the 2nd letter on a Sat' we where ready for it! Thats why I made my "complaint" and got them to send emails... :TStuart0 -
Hi broke. I guess every bodies experience of the OR is different. The only contact we had from them after the interview was a letter to say car was exempt, a letter requesting my finances from self employment, a request to DH regarding his nil tax code and that's been it other than a letter this week telling us we've been passed to RTLU. All painless, just getting the bits and pieces from you they want. I don't dread letters from the OR's office at all.

Broke, as others have said asking for credit agreements is standard along with bank statements and the like. It's so they can establish when accounts were opened and on what T&Cs etc etc.
Glad it wasn't too painful, I thought I was going to be burned at the stake but my OR was most compassionate and even wished me all the best for the future!

:jExcellent, glad it wasn't as bad as you feared. I am getting so much reassurance from these boards...:TBROKEBUT4HOPE wrote: »Hi all.
Just to let you know that I survived my F2F today and thank you so much for all your support and help.
The interview went pretty fast and the major question were really to explain how i got into debt, explain the largest creditors and to discuss that I may lose my property. It all ended in about an hour.
So thanks guys you were all pretty spot on with the type of questions i could face.
After the interview, the OR did call me to ask me for credit agreements on the loans and I am a bit worried as I dont think I have them. Not sure if this is procure as the OR did end the meeting saying that she had all the info needed. So why would she ask me for these?
I guess i am just being pessimistic and I guess i just want this ordeal to finally end instead of haunting me.
But thank you all again and I hope one day I will come out better so I can be in a position to support and help rather than be the person always worring and asking the questions!

Well done, glad that the F2F was not too bad for you, hope everything goes smoothly for you from now on. I think we will have to have a F2F as my wife is deaf, (wears 2 hearing aids but struggles on the phone) and to be honest I think I would prefer that myself, as they can see who they are dealing with as well as us being able to see them. (if that makes sense)

It makes perfect sense dojoman

The anguish I went through waiting for that phone to ring was unbearable. I think it doesn't matter which kind of interview you have to have, the worry while you wait is unreal but that is going to happen which ever way you have to go, maybe f2f makes you think you've got more to worry about. All I can say is when it's time to talk and get through the interview the worry/nervousness stops and concentration takes over - the interview flies over.0
