What ever the OR asks you you have to answer, they can find anything out they like.. I guess they'll follow a paper trail to kingdom come if the suss a rat. Just be honest, it might be uncomfrtable but you have nothing to hide, infact my blundering, nearly whimpering cry of a voice helped me to come across as honest and human.
  • Hey Broke, Here's thinking of you tomorrow and really hope it goes smoothly

  • Hi all.

Just to let you know that I survived my F2F today and thank you so much for all your support and help.

The interview went pretty fast and the major question were really to explain how i got into debt, explain the largest creditors and to discuss that I may lose my property. It all ended in about an hour.

So thanks guys you were all pretty spot on with the type of questions i could face.

After the interview, the OR did call me to ask me for credit agreements on the loans and I am a bit worried as I dont think I have them. Not sure if this is procure as the OR did end the meeting saying that she had all the info needed. So why would she ask me for these?

I guess i am just being pessimistic and I guess i just want this ordeal to finally end instead of haunting me.

But thank you all again and I hope one day I will come out better so I can be in a position to support and help rather than be the person always worring and asking the questions!

Glad it wasn't too bad for you.

Wanting loan agreements is standard, she probably just forgot to ask during the interview. Don't worry if you haven't got them they'll be able to get them from your creditors.

I'm pleased you got through it, didn't we tell you :) All over and done with now, you can relax and have a good night sleep!
  • They often phone (I asked for emails instead - which our OR was more then happy to do!) and ask for the odd bank statements etc etc.

You will get used to it...

The thing I HATE is when a letter arrives on a Sat' morning and you worry about it ALL weekend!!! (Thats why I asked for emails, as when they send them they are mostly still in their office)...
