desperate to sell house..please help

firstly, thank you to everyone who has taken the time and effort to reply to my post........

Dropping the price - There is a house exactly the same as ours up on the market for £12,000 more than ours...we priced it up £10,000 less originally to try to attract buyers and have now just not an additional £2,000. We do seem to attract the buyers but not the ones that have sold We have had three people interested and they still havent sold


Irnbru.......My father has put his house on the market for £10,000 more than he had agreed to sell the house to us for. He doesn't have to complete in 4 weeks but just have a buyer and the process going through.

manhatton...thanks, I will have to look into the auction side ..but I still have four weeks with my ea before I can sell it that way

Claudie...thank you, a good idea that I could mention to the ea..I have heard of these before but it didnt even enter my head to do the same with my house.


arrgghhhh my father has two people viewing this evening and I have one viewing tomorrow...*fingers crossed*

a good idea..."house of the week" ..something else that I could think about. That has happened in the past in our local paper too.

I'm going back tomorrow to the ea and have a word.
