Fixed width is the new standard for things like this - we've checked for gmail compatability (and all standards) and this works in all of them so we should be there

I use gmail and netbook, not windows but Linux with Firefox browser and this is fine for me, the old layout needed a fair amount of scrolling sometimes.

Looks nice and 'tidy', much less busy than the original. Makes it very easy to read, and quick to flick through for the items of most interest.

The only thing I'd say to add would be more colour- maybe just to separate one paragraph to the next, say have one blue, have one red, have the next blue again..... the blue-black-white can make your eyes go funny and all the words blink about a bit- or is that just me....
