It prints a small pic as a set of A4 images (PDFs) you choose how many and how big up to about 10 foot I think, you'd have to edit the original pics to go bigger.

Check the gallery, some are split with gaps and you'll see.
Better still..try making one using 6 sections
MAx filesize is 1meg though...so nothing super detailed.

Ah timmmers i see..thanks..any ideas wheres a good place to get printed better than i can do at home? staples etc? ..Yes i guess with them A4 and spread out they would be pretty big anyway..im thinking of those glass frames on each one as would look quite nice as opposed to just being stuck on the walls..think framed properly may ruin the image overall.
    Thanks what fun!!

We've just bought the metal tree sculpture that is at the bottom of ormus' last post. It's in our dining room, we love it : http://www.gardenornamentsandaccessories.com/

I love the teal tree you did ormus, we're getting extension done and will have a whole new bedroom to decorate and this has given me some really good ideas

Can I ask what software you were using to easily change the wall appearance, as this would be really useful when trying to do our interior design.

i use photoshop CS3. but almost any image editing software will do much the same thing. ie gimp is a free image program.

once youve isolated the back wall and removed the color, you can then change the color at will. (save the file for future use).
add another layer and then you can insert items such as trees etc...
    Get some gorm.

The biggest problem I had with printing these was the paper getting soaked and wrinling up with the ink. It can cost a ton in ink too if you aren't careful. Glossy paper works best.

I've been meaning to use some iron-on transfers to make a duvet cover one day using this when I manage to find a decent image.
I've been trawling through the pics here http://www.somethingawful.com/d/photoshop-phriday/celebizarre-bruce-willis.php looking for something fun to use.
Those guys posting there can really use photoshop :rotfl:

I have a CSS on my printer so ink doesn't cost much ...an option that would be better but very expensive for home use in hardware is a colour laser print, most decent places like staples or print shops will have that option and it's cheap for them...and doesn't soak the paper.

A mate in a college or office would be cool too, they are likely to have a colour laser knocking about somewhere.

A BIG problem I had ...I did an old ladies kitty in a 12 sheet print...looked great, was a cure little thing. She was chuffed. So unfortunately were her mates and family "Can you do one for me ?" .....that can get expensive and annoying. :p
