    jhe i meant a horizontal line from side to side..

    Eliteheat all the rubbish is the other side of the room lol..no it's not really i just like tidy rooms!

    Lol dh is prob tidier than me in regards to clothes but leaves books etc all over the place! they are now neatly in a unit next to the bed which you cant see!

    Hmm just read your other thread..assumed the picture was of the stripe you were talking about having painted.. anyway i would leave as is and stick to pictures

    Hi andrew no the pic is just to show where the bed is as such and how the stripe will have to go..the odd one down the middle must be the camera being odd as it is all just the teal colour as yet. I also agree with you and think the canva's/picture is an easier option!!

    I have a tape measure with a laser level built in from Lidl (£5)...and as for masking tape...run a line of masking tape close to where the edge will be, leave about quarter inch, then use sellotape or insulation tape to the line overlapping the masking tape.....when you want it off, the masking tape makes removal easy and the tape to the line won't let paint leech past.

    One of those big wall mounted upholstered headboards they make on 60 minute makeover would look nice there above that bed.

    Here's a tip: Buy a brand new house, keep it all white and magnolia.... easy.

    Use all that spare time to eat pizza in front of the telly instead.

    Pastures new..it is a new house..it is white and magnolia everywhere so thought id'e add some interest in here! still got time for pizza so all ok!!
