They have terminated my acccount (post 74) and admitted that my account is unenforceable (post 75). Will interest still be added every month? For the whole duration of the six years i ignore them!

Yes mate but it won't matter to you lol :D

Hi NID, fantastic news this morning! I've had a letter from lowell's confirming that they are closing the file and will not be pursuing me for any more money.
I can't believe it! This has taken less than 3 weeks to sort out.
So HUGE thanks to you for all your help and advice. If it hadn't been for this thread I would have carried on paying over £100 a month on a well disputed account.
This couldn't have come at a better time especially with my husband having lost another £100 a month in hours.

    NID you're a star!

It is a bit worrying that my £13,000 Credit card bill will be up to £32,000 by the end of 6 years.

Not half as worrying as the DCA that won't see a penny of it though (think positive mate) :D

    :D Yeah i know :D

And i know i should keep ignoring them. But my CRA files still dont show defaults (well my NatWest account doesnt show on there at all) and i keep thinking even though they admit unenforceability i should try with a low F+F as long as they agree to account £0 and no defaults been added.

Maybe i could keep a reasonable credit rating still.

I did tell them in the past that i was moving abroad in the New Year!

Your gonna tell me off for this posting, i just know you are :D
