Yes mate -7. Request copy of Default Notice - Formal Demand

You need to send this letter that is here - #1477 - but edit it to suit your needs, so you'll change the top part and change the lender name to MBNA.

That letter will sort them one way or another....
future advice, be more specific and don't make us extract teeth lol - you could have said from the start that you hand filled the form and they sent a typed copy at which point i'd have posted that letter - i.e. saved you 10 posts and my poor fingers from the typing strain! :rotfl:
