I have emailed this evening asking what is going on. They promised half price or less on OOTW and should honour that.
They said the Elle bag 1/3 off was a mistake, which many of us doubt as there has been plenty of half price POS visible at some locations and announcements on tannoys.
One mistake, fair enough but not another 2 weeks later.
I have asked why they are treating customers with such contempt.
I will post the reply when i get it.

I have just received the below email from Boots concerning their next OOTW being only 1/3 yet again. Frankly the response is a joke, the usual 'we have the right to withdraw or amend' statement they hide behind. Well Boots, if you mail your customers a guarantee that the OOTW is half price or less then you should stick to it, not change it to 1/3 off for the second time in 3 weeks. I for one will boycott this offer as a matter of protest about treating customers with contempt.

does anyone know what the ootw is going to be on friday,,and does anybody know if last year they had a st tropez ootw as i want to get one as a gift,,,thanks in advance for any help

yes last year they did have st tropez set,was £20 instead of £40 and on 3 for 2......i got them as pressies!!
