There was a sign at the no7 counter tonight

That's funny, I thought it was going to be a special collection of Protect & Perfect products, that isn't in the catalogue.

We shall have to breathlessly wait until next Friday!

Someone did mention in another thread last week that they were definatly doing a P&P ootw though but it was nearer xmas.
Had a wee look at the ultimate collection today, I dont think its worth £60 imo! Possibly worth £30 but then someone else mentioned its now only going to be 1/3 off!

Yes, it is certainly a matter of opinion and I am sorry for not adding IMHO as I usually do. If I had 3 pressies left to get for females and I knew they liked No7 then it would be good, esp with the 1000 bonus points. But for me, I don't think it's worth it and apart from my mum nobody I know would want it.

I thought your last comment was a bit melodramatic, there was really no need for that. ;)

Sorry you feel that way about my last comment, it wasnt personal.
Its just that there were quite a few moaners about the Frontcover OOTW,it had £20 off and still it wasnt a good deal for some, thats the point i was making.
  • There's nowt wrong with trying to get things as cheap as possible, free is even better :D

If people wanted three of these on 3 4 2 would it be worth emailing Boots now, expressing disappointment that it won't be half price when they originally said that the OOTW's would be half price.?People on other threads have had positive responses to their emails about the elle set which, Boots seem to have admitted, was a pricing error.

    I agree!;)

I emailed Boots over the Elle bag only having a third off, and the paragraph that stands out in the reply is this:

"I have contacted our Sales Plan Team about this and they have advised that unfortunately, this was a mistake on our behalf. Due to the short period that the offer is on for, we will not be changing this at this stage. Please be assured that your comments regarding this have been passed back to our Sales Plan Team and we will do all we can to avoid any similar incidents in the future."

I will be contacting them again if they pull a similar stunt!!!!:D

On a positive note - I was chatting to a lovely SA about my reply, and she said if I showed it to her Manager, she was sure that he would let me have the Elle Sets at £20 each! But ....... by now I had had 6 days to look at them, and decided I didn't want / need one!:rotfl:

Perhaps this is why the camera is OOTW to give Mr B a chance to put things right with all the palava.

Next week we may get 1/2 price and 342 :)

I think the camera was a planned OOTW anyway moyilla as last year the OOTW's included a camera, a hairdryer and straighteners. Not as exciting as 3 for the price of 1 though are they?:D
