1/2 price Cookworks breadmaker back down to £23.94 in Argos

pleasantly surprised by the success of the loaf, it baked well has a good to soft texture and the top crust is very soft indeed, outside crusty. However I'd like it a little more textured - I'm used to granary or the organic malted I get from Sainsburys. But the biggest surprise is it doesn't have any flavour. Admittedly I don't usually eat white bread but this is pretty bland.

So what do you experts suggest I try next? Think I'm sold on home made bread!

are you adding salt ??

i made a loaf of white using breadmix and it was doughy in the middle

on morphy richards website, this model is only £48.96 at full price. heaven knows where argos got the £99 from?

Have just reserved one at 14.95 and went through Quidco so an extra 1.00 off (making it 13.95 when it tracks).

Bargain, so thanks for posting this as I've been wanting to try making bread for a while but was waiting for January sales !
