How can they open a case and send an MEF is they don't have an NRP's name, address, DOB or ANYTHING to allow them to link who the father is?
!!!!!!. please read what i'm saying.
if the OP suddenly gets a case against him, as soon as they figure out she was on benefits, if arrears become present, they'll go for whatever they like via a LO application.NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.
and, please. only thank when appropriate. not to boost idiots egos.0 -

Don't swear at me. It shows a great level of sub intelligence
and what if they don't have a 'HIM'....how can a LO be granted if there are no NRP details...for the love of god, will you see the point
Not every PWC on benefits gave the name of the NRP for whatever reason0 -

The CSA have fook all details about the NRP....absolutely none.
Where does the 'case' proceed from there then?
no, the case becomes active when the pwc goes onto benefits. not when the pwc gets in touch. they had no say at all in that matter, it was departmental co-operation.
officially, arrears can only accrue once they have sent a MEF.
however, and this is my point. once they have your details and any arrears build up, they can and will come up with a figure and get a LO for that amount, as the amounts CANNOT be challenged by the court.
so, basically, they cant "officially" backdate it, but they can come for you in other ways. and believe me, the managerial pressure they are under to recoup the 3.8 billion owed, then ANYTHING goes.
the !!!!!!, was more out of frustration than swearing at you. i seem to be banging my heed on a brick wall here as folk here cannot see how devious and underhanded this "agency" are.NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.

right. i'm only gonna sy this ONE more time.
i am saying that once they have a case against the nrp (which is what could happen here) then they can come up with whatever figure they like and get a LO for it. the judge CANNOT go against the csa on this. once they have established ANY level of debt, the amounts are irrelevant. you could legally owe them a tenner and they would get a LO for 30k on ya.
i defy anyone here to argue that point. no i'm not clouded, but it's clear that i'm more clued up and realistic than most "advising" on here.
doubt what i'm saying. i couldn't give a fook. don't come crying to me when the brown envelope of death drops on your doorstep.
So a case is opened in Jan 2010. They decide their magix figure is going to be £30,000. They apply for a LO in Feb 2010 and someone isn't going to pick up on the fact that somehow this NRP has racked up £30,000 debts in 1 month?
There's not much chance of a brown envelope of death dropping on my doorstep for me but don't worry, I would not come crying to you.
So there are cases of this happening on afairercsa and dads uk? I can find information there?August GC 10th - 10th : £200 / £70.61
NSD : 2/80 -
I don't deny the CSA are underhand and devious. I'm just asking where I can see evidence of this.August GC 10th - 10th : £200 / £70.61

ya know what??
believe what you like. i've told you how they operate and the depths they will go to to recoup money for the SOS. also, a lot of my info has come from ex employees of the csa.
ignore it, see if i give a sh1te. all i ask is, when they do come banging on your door, then don't take the advice given on here.
please go to one of the specialised csa sites where they know some facts, rather than quoting personal situations and passing them off as gospel.
to believe that they wont make up a number, multiply it x 10 and stick a couple of 00's on the end, and get a LO for that amount, then you are living in a dream world.just for the record, if i know so little about the csa, then why was i the only one who spotted the fake csa employee on here a month or so back.
i sussed him out on his second post. why?? cos i know their rules, how they get round them and how they operate.
the clown (i work at csa bolton) knew naff all. that was clear, yet a lot of members here were sucked in by it.
when i confronted him about it, he did the off.
