HTC Magic or Iphone?

Stokefan: multi tasking is available, but you would need to jailbreak.. Sadly JB is a must to get the most out of this phone. Apple would have a much better phone if they didnt lock everything down.. Hence I think Android will be great in a year or 2.

Yes the deal i got was the simpicity tarriff,,through coming on here i got good advice and read that if you set ur own tarrif on line you get double which was true..i am not a mobile fone fashion victim at all in fact my last fone was 5yrs old ,,ha ha the only reason i got rid of it was because the keypad in the end froze.... i did my sums and with this tarrif it costs me 10-20.00 less per month so in the end this fone will pay for itself...good luck with what you decide..

Oh yes, have seen the hd2 which looks marvellous but it's powered by WinMo which I've heard is not a great system. Out of interest, which network will be releasing the hd2?

I've got a Magic , It's a fantastic phone! You NEED ONE!

And if you get it from Vodafone Online or on the Phone it's got a 7 day cooling off period which is enough time to check it out and if you don't like it you can send it back

I have a T-mobile g2 touch or Hero which is outstanding, all the decent apps are free to download and the thing has more gadgets than the inspector !!

Have a look on youtube for iphone vs hero dogfight which will show you a comparison and also reviews for the Hero, its as impressive as it looks !
