Have a look at the Big Barn website - although a bit off topic for you, it is split into regions and from there you can get an idea of what is produced locally in the different areas.

Good luck, it is a great idea.

Oh, and no I wouldn't pay for the recipe cards, but I might pay for the binder if I knew that ALL the profits were going to an organisation that supports local producers (I say ALL because I am highly suspicious of items that are labelled 'a proportion of the profits go to....)
