I have no problem with you having your view but since I and my wife both went br together and all our debts were joint I feel that the £1000+ that was paid to the court and or + the extra tax that they collected from my tax (that they collected directly from the IR) is more than enough to cover their expenses - especially since we only had one bank that we owed money to. We supplied them with all the necessary info ie statements for cc and ba for the last 5 years so they didn't even have to request them. We had no house or life assurance so there was little for them to do. So in my opinion £1800 which is the amount they collected in total after they had paid the court is plenty to cover their expenses.0
