I have successsfully removed the error problems from my own PC, however on trying to do everything you have suggested on my mother's one, it fails the whole time.
Quoting specific path not found, could not load etc etc.
Could you give me any more specific help with this problem.
My mother uses AOL, and has this damn Norton security popup every 20 secs or so.

1. Select the following line of text:
regsvr32 -u "c:\program files\norton internet security\norton antivirus\navlucbk.dll"
2. Click Edit, and then click Copy.
3. This copies the text to the Windows Clipboard.
4. Click Windows Start, and then click Run. The Run dialog box appears.
5. Right-click in the Open box, and then click Paste. The text that you copied from step 1 appears.
6. Click OK.
STEP TWO: register the navluckbk.dll file as follows:

otherwise Nortons causes these problems ALL the time, remove it and install AVG free Antirus and Kerio FirewallEx forum ambassador

Did all of that and it said something like path couldn't be found. Thing is subscription runs until 1/11/06.
Other than removing have you got any suggestions, could you direct me to symantec email where they will correspond with me, if necessary will pay for the upgrade, cos its driving us mad0 -
try re-installing it, or completely remove it then install it againEx forum ambassador
