I really need some help, have upgraded my Norton (online) and ever since have't been able to complete liveupdate. Keep getting error message LU1875, followed all the instructions to 'run' it but still no luck. Don't have any email contact with symantec or online support with my subscription, so could any techie person please help me

I think you need to download the new version of the Liveupdate program from Symantec.

I have done this as well, when it says downloading files may take a few minutes, nothing much happens and whatever is happening is taking longer than a few mins....but thank you for your help anyway!!0 -
Yesterday, I updated LiveUpdate and discovered that I also got the LU1875 error. A bit of Googling found this:
