go so the start button, bottom left of the screen, then click on "Run" and a box should open up.

    Type :- regsvr32 Navlucbk.dll

    then click on OK

if it still does not work then do the same as above but first enter

    REGSVR32 /u Navlucbk.dll

    or

    REGSVR32 -u Navlucbk.dll

    and ok and then

    regsvr32 Navlucbk.dll

    then click on OK

You'll need to include the full path as well (probably enclosed in double quotes).

If you are having problems in Norton then please be careful as I have had two computers with Norton and it corrupted them and allowed several viruses in.

First time the PC had to be taken to somewhere to be sorted and they had a really hard job trying to sort in and get Norton removed!!! The second time I realised what was happening much earlier so was able to sort it and clear Norton myself.

I use AVG free now and have not had a problem with viruses since.

Hmmm, I think I'd still stick with specifying the full path - seems safer to me!

Sadly, when you clear up one problem with Norton it often just reveals another one.

The advice from Symantec appears to be:

though try it at your own risk!
