go so the start button, bottom left of the screen, then click on "Run" and a box should open up.
Type :- regsvr32 Navlucbk.dll
then click on OK
it should confirm that it is registered okEx forum ambassador

if it still does not work then do the same as above but first enter
REGSVR32 /u Navlucbk.dll
or
REGSVR32 -u Navlucbk.dll
and ok and then
regsvr32 Navlucbk.dll
then click on OKEx forum ambassador

If you are having problems in Norton then please be careful as I have had two computers with Norton and it corrupted them and allowed several viruses in.
First time the PC had to be taken to somewhere to be sorted and they had a really hard job trying to sort in and get Norton removed!!! The second time I realised what was happening much earlier so was able to sort it and clear Norton myself.
I use AVG free now and have not had a problem with viruses since.0 -
way hay got rid of that and have now got error LU1871 as a result, should I just throw my PC away and use pen and paper................oh somebody please help me!!

Sadly, when you clear up one problem with Norton it often just reveals another one.
The advice from Symantec appears to be:
