  • sazzy as the others have said - you have done really really well - no failure there - you have put in place some excellent routines that some of us should be copying!! Always look at what you have achieved not what you have missed - and the lists are only for guidance - you might find it easier to do your own thing and thats perfectly fine! I am glad you are noticing a difference though. F***ure is a banned word here - it doesnt exist:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Can you tell I am having focus on the positives conversations with myself? I don't know about anyone else but I find it very easy to slip into a spiral of 'everything is grim', and it is a self fulfilling prophecy that inevitably leads to a visit from the black dog.
hex honey I totally agree which is why I booted the BD out and havent let him back in for years now - its extremely hard work keeping positive all the time but it can be done. well done you for speaking to yourself in the right way xx hows operation crocus doing?

Vanilla - so sorry your hubbie has gone so far back. Big squidgy hugs for you and the kids and hoping things start to improve real soon x.

Really tired this evening and my hips are aching from pilates so I'm off to bed soon to read.

Just need to set the WM. I'm hoping DS2 can finally return to school tomorrow as he seems much brighter this evening.

half made the bed.....stupid duvet cover taking ages to dry.....keeps rolling into a ball and the inside is still damp!!!!! (doesn't help that I am being a lazy, forgetful fool today!!!)
Rebekah, meant to say, I love your cake and you both look lovely xx

Rospink I know I should go to the class tomorrow but to be honest I find it very difficult to converse at the moment and when the tutor is not there we have nobody to ask when we get stuck and we end up discussing it in english to find a another way of saying the phrase!!!!(Not sure that made sense....sorry!!!)
