so far today i have electrocuted myself and spilled acid over my legs. Both through my own stupidity.

    "Thiiiinnnnggggs can only get bettttteeeerrrrrr"

Its only the fact we have just had our electrics updated with RCDs that means I didn't do myself proper damage.

Oh and the sofa covers have gone a comedy cerise colour.

Not having a very good day  fingers hurt like !!!!!!y, been to the chiropractor he thinks it might be gout!!!!!! Said I should go to the drs for a blood test, also recommended I try arnica, so I stopped at the chemist on the way home to get some, use some of the gel, then notice that it is several months out of date!!!!!! So now I need to go back tomorrow and get a replacement, now I am sure that it will not have done me any harm using out of date arnica but it it bloody annoying that I'll have to go back again grrrrr. Plus having seen chiropractor my back, knees, legs all ache (I am sure they will be better tomorrow but at the moment I AM GRUMPY)

so I have done no flying apart from putting away the ironing my OH did while I was at work (bless him!)

and now I am going in the baths and then to bed
    Night Night
Go hopefully into each new day, enjoy something from every day no matter how small, you never know when it will be your last

    Evening all

Only just sat down as I had a Dr appt at 7pm (have to have a coeliac test :o feel like I live at the Drs at the moment!) and then went for a wander round Sainsbugs, got a few bits including a pair of black jeans (have shrunk a size so only have the ones I bought last week, thought as they were 25% off plus I had an extra £1.25 voucher i could justify it....grand total of £6.75!! :D

Have made DH's lunch, not done much flying except cleared some stuff for shredding!

Long day today, I woke up at 5.30 and couldn't get back to sleep...eventually got up at 6.15 and got an early train to work. Was in the office by 8.15 which considering it's 1h20+ from home isn't bad :A. I'm training all day tomorrow - 18 people coming - hopefully they won't be bored like penpen!

Oh, and AF turned up, probably why I felt rough yesterday and have naughtily had some choc (dark, yum yum) today!

thanks kazm i didn't know you had it. I certainly have some wheat/yeast intolerance and don't eat bread or pasta at all as I get so bloated and windy and uncomfortable/in pain, but i'd never considered it actually being coeliac until I happened to mention to the dietician that I avoided wheat and she jumped on it!! Hopefully as you say it won't be that!! I had always thought it was super severe and therefore I didn't have it, but now I udnerstand it can be more mild
