Coloured hair always looks flat and unshiny, even before the roots thing kicks in.
:jHay...how you doing?
You haven't seen my natural colour.....yuk...like a mongrel doggy.
It's changed around here a bit.
We are all thinking of moving up to Aberdeen.:o0 -

I wouldn't be surprisedbut then, I have always felt her writing was...somehow related...to her other problems...a different symptom of he same thing, and tht is a huge part of why its mde me uncomfortable. women: we are amazingly complex, but yet...very simple. Funny creatures we are.

I just read her mea culpa article and I feel pretty sorry for her - she was sucked in to a lifestyle and now realises she's made a big mistake, or rather a series of them.
Ok, she screwed up but then so do most of us at one point or another in our lives.0 -

I'm great, thanks! I bet your natural hair is gorgeous, really.
If you're all off to Aberdeen - see ya! I'm not coming (-:...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
Oh my word, I would look so old without a colour on my hair...the grey is becoming a real problem now!
I blame the kids...:D
Only do it a couple of times a year and always only home dye, the cost of a salon dye (and a cut!) give me the heebie geebies.
Seriously good to see you posting back here NDG.
Lovely to see you, too!
One of the advantages of being fair-haired, I think, is that you don't have grey, your hair just lightens gradually. My Granny ended up silver-haired, but it took time. My 62-year old mother just looks a lighter blonde than she used to.
I go for grand hair care - cut twice a year or so, then just washed and brushed from time to time (-:...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
