Trying For a Baby part 4

hiya everybody how are you all?
its cd25 and not much to tell havent been really dtd this month as i have that much to do!with xmas,ds,dh and trying to decorate the kitchen ready for xmas which really isnt working! hows everybodys xmas shopping going? worked out how much ive spent on ds last night and ive spent far too much :eek:
oh and my job which im still getting used to been out of work since march

I'm 32, and trying for number 1 too! OH is 29?
I don't really think that age matters though, if you are fit and healthy and look after yourself then why shouldn't you be blessed with a baby? I hate statistics, its just a bunch of over intelligent people with nothing better to do sitting in a room counting things!! :rolleyes:

I'm 36 too..and this is my first attempt, hence my worry that I've left it too late.

Mind you..if I'm honest, I wasn't ready for a child before, and I've enjoyed my 20's and 30's (so far), so fingers crossed someone up there will reward me for having done it the right way round!

Theres plenty of time for you:) My Nan had my Uncle at the grand old age of 46:eek: That was about 45 yrs ago with no opk sticks or Ov monitors;) My Nan thought she was going through the change and didn't find out she was pg til she was 6months gone:eek::eek::rotfl::rotfl:

My mothers great Aunt had one of her kids at 40 too..and she was ancient when she died..so it must have been the 1930's or something!

Guess that shows that even in this age of modern technology, if yer good for it, then thats all that matters! :T

I now what you mean about statistics as hardly anyone conforms to the 'average' but at the moment statistics are the only thing keeping me away from the docs and demanding every fertility test going:o Think I might be starting to get paranoid:rolleyes::rotfl:

If it makes you feel better my friend just got caught at 40 and my mum's best friend also got caught at 40. You are never too old honey x
