    Quiet today ladies!

Catwoman I know it's so easy to say but do try not to worry. I had no MS at all with my DS whereas following mc I was still sick for nearly 2 weeks after so in itself it isn't a sign of anything

Had a lovely morning this morning, had a massive lie-in with my lovely husband (haven't actually been up long!) and we're now wondering what to do with the rest of the weekend. Had a little cry last night when I found out that the wife of one of his work colleagues is expecting in March (when I would have been due). AF is now 1 day overdue according to last month's cycle but that was freakishly short (24 days). Feel lots of 'rumbling' though so she's not far away. Ho hum, a honeymoon baby would have been lovely.

On a completely unrelated topic, does anyone know of a way to remove acrylic nails that Martin would approve of? Had them done for the wedding but they're getting too long now. I'd rather not pay £10 at the salon to get them taken off

Sticky sticky dust and cake all round

  • AF has arrived for me:mad::mad::mad: So much so that I'm practically crippled from the pain...my legs feel really weak and can only stand for 10min without them shaking:( Now I remember why I went on the pill in the 1st place!!
Ho hum...I've done my wallowing in self-pity so onwards to next month:)

Soak them in acetone nail polish for 30mins and they should come off...if they don't just soak them for a bt longer:) But don't put the acetone in a plastic dish...it melts it..and stains the carpet...I found that out the hard way:o:o:o:o

I'm sorry AF arrived honey :grouphug: I was dead hopeful for you this month. Grab yourself a medicinal drinkypoo

As for the acetone thing  We use that at work and it always cracks me up when new students use a flimsy plastic pipette to take some and the pipette just melts :rotfl: Hey, I'm a science geek, I have to get my laughs where I can :p;)

FF reckons I'm 8dpo today and I'm feeling rough as. Think it might be the howling gales blowing me about too much though

    Love and babydust xx

Sorry about AF confuzzled. I must admit I was secretly hopeful for you too

Went to the salon to get my nails taken off, they look all short and stubby now, boo hiss (although on the plus side, if that's all there is to worry about in my life, I'm doing okay! :rotfl:)

Been very emotional the last couple of days. Was welling up at the nail salon while I was reading Zest - article on people who'd donated bits of themselves (eggs, kidneys, bone marrow, that kind of thing)
