I am a bit cheesed off my bleeding and spotting for my MC started on 30th Dec, 3weeks and 1 day away and I am stil spotting now. I just want it to stop as while I am trying to get on with life and things every time I go to the toilet the reminder is there.
    Big hugs (((Penny))).
Our time will come, definitely sometime this year:beer:

I am starting to panic about our house situation. We're in a small 2 bed and no way little bean will share with DS as he will be 14 - so prob 15 when she (but will be a he) is wanting a bedroom. Already spoke to mortgage man a few months ago but said no because of my debts :(

We're concentrating on clearing as much debt before bean arrives then hopefully we will be in a better situation in a year or 2:confused: It'll also mean I'll probably have to get another job when bean is a few months old cos I don't get enough from jewellery :(
Don't panic to much...baby will be in with you for a few months anyway won't it?! Also re:mortgage advisor....was it through a bank?!?! You're best getting mortgage advice through someone impartial and preferably free:D Like MAB plus you get the free insurance for when you get surveys done(you did 3yrs ago anyway!)..came in handy for us:rolleyes:

Penny - know exactly what you mean re the spotting. Over the past few days since the weekend any way spotting had gone back to the brownish colour and again only noticible when i wiped. This morning though it is like i am having a light period so am  as also got a niggling pain in right side too but no back ache. If no different tomorrow will book app with gp as he is not in today and im not going to a duty dr who will tell me to go back to epu.

Morning ladies, just a quick in-and-out (if you get my ttc innuendo)
:beer:Jacobsmum, Excellent news on your BFP...definitely understandable to be anxious but sending lots of baby dust your way.

Penny, just wanted to say you are in my thoughts and I hope that damn spotting finishes soon. Any longer though and maybe the GP should be contacted?

Elliebobs, blimey, that's HOW you post!

As for me, I'm 13 days since my mc, and despite wanting to be sensible and wait for witchypoo, we dtd last night and it was great :D
It wasn't a ttc attempt though  but if I were to get chapped lips in 2 weeks....

Back later today. Toodlepip :hello: (just trying out all these smilies, can you tell?...where are the frownies then, Confuzzled??)

  • Thanks Stef and LL.

I actually rang EPU before and discussed it with the consultant. The long term plan is I will do my pregnancy test on 28th Jan, they offered to do it but I would rather do at home. I have to call them to give results and if positive I have to go back for another scan and possible 'get cleaned out' !!!!
I asked if I took the tablets would the spotting stop quicker, and they said not for definte so I am going to carry on as I am and for the first time ever prey for a negative test on 28th.
  • Wow, what a lot to catch up on from last night!

Jacobsmum - Congratulations! Keeping my fingers crossed for you.

Becs - My details are: Gravesendgirl (32) #1, since 10/09

I was right about AF and she got me this morning so CD1 for me, at least my cycle seems to be coming close to regularising itself. This cycle has been the first one I have been convincing myself I am pg so hopefully can chill out a bit from now on (or be right obviously!!).

It must depend on PCT's then cos the EPU here keep repeating blood tests weekly until clear instead of poas. Gp said he would rather i took a sample to him to test each week and he would decide on the next steps. Like Penny and LL i just wanna return to some normaility now its getting me down the bleeding/spotting the rest i have just about dealt with and can cope with.
