Correct links have been sent (hopefully)

I'll drag OH round there at the weekend to get a feel of the place.

Fuzz according to mouseprice.com its been on since at least last Aug and the price hasn't changed since then.

Maybe they lowered if before that!? At least it means that a deal can be done if you're serious about it!?:D My house was on for £110k we bought it for just under £100k, mainly coz at one of the viewings we had a look at everything that needed doing and estimated it at 10k then gave the sellers the option of either doing it themselves or reducing the price:o We were REALLY lucky they accepted as we bought at the peak of house price inflation(Aug 07)!
    God I sound like a right hard-faced cow:o:rotfl:
    1.11.09 - debt = £45k:eek:
    [STRIKE]Car Loan = £0[/STRIKE] CCCS Total = £30,246.88 Total Debt Paid off - 32.78%
DFD [STRIKE]Nov[/STRIKE][STRIKE]Sept[/STRIKE]Aug 2018:o Only 75 payments to go:)

NMUN frazzle brain is another pg symptom that I get just before and during AF each month. I also tend to break a few things each month and occasionally drive my car into stationary objects

Fuzz that's great, it amazes me that some people can't be bothered to make a low offer when there are thousands and thousands to be saved. If I (I should really say we but OH shows very little interest in houses) get serious about it I'll be asking advice on here and on the house prices board. I'm quite good at haggling and being a generally awkward customer in shops etc, but when it comes to buying 2nd hand cars I'm not great and imagine I'll be rubbish with houses too.

We could save loads moving there as the mortgage would be way less than our rent. I don't want to buy what I could afford now as I don't want to go back to full time work with a baby.

How long are both your cycles? Mine have been varying since coming off the pill. Last month was 31 days. I sooo want to test early, but I'm really split whether to.

Just a thought.... when you say +tive you do mean the line is THE SAME or STRONGER than the test line??? Even if the line is slightly less than the test line it's a negative.

all of them have been the same and stronger

    xx

Evening ladies. I've had a LONG old day today. 7 hours of non-stop teaching (well, I did have lunch).

My friend went for an early scan because of the bleeding. Looks like she might mc afterall. The dates don't match the size that they could see on the scan. So I've got everything crossed for her. She was given a sicknote for a week so I'm kinda hoping she uses it. Whether she will or not I don't know.

    Last month was 27 days,
Then it was 28 before that, then 30 before that, 29 before that....

    It's usually 28 days (I think! lol) :D

I've been using MMC for about 2 years now. So glad I've got all my dates stored! :o

    I'd say don't test until you're around 2 days late. I've spent a small fortune on tests because I couldn't wait... :o

This is my 6 month TTC no.2
I've been driving myself mad lately trying to work out when DD was conceived. But unfortunately I can't remember my last period from 3 years ago :rotfl:
I'm running out of ideas, lol :D
