    before I forget someone was also asking what PMA and TLP stood for;
PMA is Positive Mental Attitue-sometimes sorely lacking unfortunately!
TLP- is Tiny Little Positve-when you test a mite too early it will still come up postive but in a faint (only just about readable) line.

Thank you for that, it was me who was asking. You would've thought I'd know by now

I hope you are ok Lauralou and penny. Fingers crossed that your little bean sticks.

    Morning Ladies :)

FF thinks I OVd on Saturday, which was CD12 for me. DH and I got in 3 BDs around the crucial time, so fingers crossed (though I doubt very much that it's going to happen in our first month of trying) FF reckons I should test on 28/1, so I'll go with that since FF probably has a better idea of what's going on than I do! Can I go on the testing list for 28th please. It's very exciting - I've never ever done a HPT before :p

  • Was on only on a couple of days ago and so much to catch up on ..... congrats to SM and Merfe ....we are doing well this month:j
Obviously thats the "royal we" ....but trying to keep up the PMA
Welcome to the newbies, hope you are not here long, if you know what I mean
Still not managed to DTD for ages, DH thinks that as our chances are so low of a BFP there's no point ...he's forgotten the other reasons for BDing ;). I can't help thinking that as its not been completely written off for us getting the BFP naturally ... you never know ....so had EWCM last night and this morning ....so may try him again later for both reasons :o;) After all it is my birthday tomorrow!
    2009 total raised £2373.60:j
the new garden beat me in 2010 just £1306.66:o
    2011 - 365 £ a day.
Life Changing October 2011 - DF & £10000 saved - twins came - no plans
2013 - twins now 14 mths old - lets get sorted!

Ha ha ha I won't mention the twins suggestion (everyone in her family reckons thats what she's having - she ALREADY has a tum). However, she's not got any pains or discomfort. Has been a bit tired and felt sick off and on. It's literally a little smear on the tissue she said. Nothing there when she just went again.

NHS direct just said to go to docs if she's worried.

Just to add, I only ever had brown spotting, never had any pain/discomfort (well no more than the usual early pg twinges). I have my fingers crossed that everything is OK with her though, as others have said - it can also be normal - why do these things always have to be so similar, it's so confusing all the time!!

congratulations to smartie, shelley, sir monster and merfe, that's fantastic news and with that my PMA has returned :j after a bit of a wobble today.

SHELLLY!!!!!!! That's the name I couldn't think of in my last post :o congrats hun :T:T

Well, I'm suspecting AF will be rearing her ugly head some time soon, boobies don't seem to be as sore today, although I don't usually notice until night time when I take my bra off! She's due to arrive on Friday, but last month the old cowbag was 2 days early  so who knows what'll happen this time.

I had absolutely no spotting or symptoms, but lost the baby anyway:confused:
It was one of those missed miscarriages. Personally I prefer spotting. I'd like to get some hint, not a massive shock at the docs;)

  • Hi Guys,

I'm going to start testing today, my batck of tests arrived yesterday. If I did start my AF last week (I had spotting and not much else) then I am on cd5 which i know if early but i really have no idea what my cycle is up to so am testing every day until i ov and can figure out a pattern.

I've stopped my daily cigarette (i used to love just the one after my dinner of an evening) since last monday and am not missing it so far. Have also made a concerted effort to get more fruit and veg into my diet. OH got me a wii fit for xmas which i fully intend to unpack and actually use at some point this week. tonight I'm glossing our newly fitted kitchen. I've got lots of PMA at the mo so here goes.

hope everyone else is ok, i'll let you know how i get on..x
