Penny stop sucking up to smartie, you're making the rest of us look bad! :p

becs, yep there are loads of us now, probably explains why we keep on having bumper months for BFPs! I think the list will help prevent people from feeling left out when there are a few BFPs as it shows you are not the only one without one.

I'm feeling pleased with myself now as I've just done my davina workout DVD . Definately need to exercise more, drink more water and eat more fruit and veg (sounds so easy but I've been telling myself this for ages now).

I've also tempted fate a bit by booking a hotel in brighton (:shhh:) for me & OH's 2nd wedding anniversary (actually 12th anniversary) next december. You never know, we could be taking a baby with us .

Hahaha, I've got a cookery prog on in the background. She just said egg white and for an nano second I was thinking  what's she taking about CM for!!!
Proud to be a moneysaver!

Can I ask do most people really stick to trying to BD around ov? I've noticed a lot of focus on ov on here (not a criticism i'm just curious!). The couple of books I've read have said to just BD generally, obviously esp in middle. We did 10 bd last month....which was a lot of fun!! And similar this month I think. I'm just curious as both things said beware of focussing too much on pinpointing when you ov, but clearly things like FF do encourage that.

Not sure the above makes any sense!

I have been having fertility treatment to help with conception. Last month got bfp for it to end in mc at 6+1.

Prior to this i had been put on clomid and on day one of AF i had to ring hospital to organise folicular tracking. I went on day 10 then every other day till both ovaries were clear. This was a week later. Through the whole process we have been told to bd every other day if at all possible and not leave it more than 3 days at most to attempt for success. Apparently if a man does not empty the pipe lines (so to speak) very regular you will get older sperm which has less mobility than the fresher, but you find the fresher gets left behind for next time, as soon as you get into the flow of at least 2/3 times a week the quicker bfp 'should' arrive.

The other thing we were told was to do it cos you lust after each other not because you are on a baby making timetable, apparently stress hormones can take over if you are too wound up on the is it or isnt it going to happen this month path. HTH.

And then Penny and LL, I just wanted to say I’m so so sorry to hear your news. Please know we’re all here for you and if you ever need to rant or let off steam, we’re all here for you with virtual hand holding and tissues aplenty – massive hugs girls xxxx

    Twinklie – I think we’re cycle buddies, CD22 today?

I won’t be on the testing list for a while ladies, we’re having some issues at home at the moment so unfortunately am in a place where if it happens it’ll be a miracle. Am being positive though and things are looking up I think – or at least seem closer to a resolution – so we’ll see and you guys will be the first to know if it happens for us soon.

Lots of love to all, hugs to those that need them and thanks to everyone who is so supportive to everyone on this thread, there’s a lot of us couldn’t do without you ;-)

And finally – Smartie, get thee P’ing on a stick!!!!!!!!!
