  • Fingers crossed for you freebiequennie
  • Sorry AF got you Moneysaver :(

Went to see the dr today, she makes it that I am 5 weeks gone. Been getting a few crampy pains (bit like period ones) and so so tired..by 9pm im practically on the floor...god knows how I'm gpoing to cope with my 1.5 hour commute to and from work!!

Freebie it sounds like you could be preg. I'd agree with testing again in a few days time..I found the Clearblue digital tests the easiest ones to read, although they are more expensive..but no having to interpret lines!!

One of my friends was told she'd never have children (well, it was very very unlikely). However, last year she had a little boy in May, so he's about a year and a half now. He was a little miracle. Just spoke to her and she's expecting number 2 in May!!! I'm sooooo please for her.

See ladies, there is hope for us all....no matter how long it takes. Just wanted to share the story! x

Hope you guys dont mind me still posting:o
Just in case anyone would like to know, went to the doctors this morning and he was very nice again my doctor(i swear he is now on drugs or something) he recieved my letter from the hospital and it all come back fine and he said tha my next pg ive got a 75% chance of my next pregnancy being successful and im being referred to the early pregnancy clinic and going to see them when im 6-7weeks and have a scan and for them to 'look' after me. So hopefully i will get my appointment through soon. Still not trying to get too excited and keeping telling myself not to put all hope into my scan as they prob will not be able to see much anyway.
(sorry tell me to go away if you want!:p)
  • Lauralou; please don't go away! If you don't feel comfortable posting yet on the PG thread then I don't mind. Is Courgette's thread still open???? I personally would love to hear how your early scan goes. I've forgotten how many weeks you are now though...

Astrok; we were wondering where you had got too; glad to hear that nothing untoward had happened and great news on your scan; it's great news that everything is progressing has it should be. I'm reliably informed that the first 12 weeks drags but the second trimester goes quickly.

freebiequeenie; I would second the option of trying a clear blue digital; expensive but no pesky lines to make your vision go blurry! Obviously the best advice is to wait but not v easy to do I know! Good luck though and keep us updated please.

Twinklie; was thinking of you the other day; I'm off on a ski ing jaunt soon and might try snow boarding; you also go snow boarding don't you????

    where is fuzz??????

Had good day today; my bank has this great machine where you can empty all your loose change and it goes direct to your account and you don't pay any commission unlike the supermarket machines. Anyway, I tried it for the first time today and discovered I had £90 saved up in my penny jar! Used that to get some ski trousers and a fab ski jacket too with enough left over to get nice supper from M & S.

ETA: MV; I don't recall congratulating you so many congrats!
  • Thank you Ellie xx

ellie who do you bank with? Me and OH are thinking of leaving A&L and that sounds great.

fuzz usually posts from work so I wouldn't worry - she'll prob be back on here next week.

I'm into the last few days of the 2ww now, AF is due on sunday. As always this is the hardest bit of the month, got big tender boobs and am sleeping loads, but both are common for me before AF so can't ss.

I've been tempting fate a bit - been desperate for new bras and new work trousers all year but have resisted thinking I'd get pg soon and they'd no longer fit - finally bought 2 bras and some trousers in the sales.

It'd also be a tad awkward being successful this month as doc said not to try due to UTI and antibiotics, so I'm kinda hoping sods law comes into play.
Proud to be a moneysaver!
