Laura when I came of the pill my cycles were 20-26 days..some times if felt like AF was always here.

I do have one of those defrosting tray things..have you seen them? You run them under hot water for a few seconds and then put your frozen meat on it, and it conducts heat through the meat somehow and defrosts it in a few minutes. It is quite clever.

My mum had one and banged on and on at me to get one.

Well girls we BD'd on the right days and ever since I've had a crampy tummy, my ov day was a week ago today. Not all the time, just on and off. Here's hoping we have succeeded but I can't remember having cramps when I was pg with my dd.

Is everyone feeling festive? I am..I love Christmas..cant wait to see my sister and little nephew. He's only 6 months old so this is his first Xmas.
