Trying For a Baby part 4

Jut got my hcg result from the hospital and it is 434, the doctor said she would be pleased with anything over 10 so a great positive. They will use the 434 as a marker now and I go back tommorrow to get more blood taken, will get that result Christmas day, if it has doubled they said that will show them it is a 'healthy' pregnancy. So fingers and toes crossed now, but I am really pleased as apparently 434 at this stage is high.

Thought I was feeling a lot better this morning so didn't phone docs. Braved Morrisons:eek::eek::eek: and now feel very uncomfortable. Wee isn't looking like it was yesterday which is a relief:o:rotfl:Tempted to phone docs to speak to someone to get antibiotics.... but then I can't drink me Archers!!!:mad: Oh what a dilemma to be in:rolleyes:

My advice on OV tests etc.... just have sex all the time;) After all this is a moneysaving forum:rotfl: And thats what bunny rabbits do and they always have lots of babies (says I who hasn't BD'd for a week:rolleyes:)

Thats great news Penny. Hugs smartie. Im feeling disappointed, i think that its not going to happen this month as have had BFN and Af is due on Sunday. I keep thinking it will happen this month, then it doesn't. I try to think to myself that we can try next month.

Smartie, take the capsules, and try to drink as much water as possible. My doctor once told me to drink barley water because it changes the ph balance of your wee so its maybe worth giving that a shot. Can you get to a pharmacy? They might give you drugs.

Ok I was naughty today. Despite telling ms not to, I tested. Before you shout at me, I have guests arriving and wanted to make sure if I definitely couldn't drink. It was a BFN. I know its early though, but can I have a drink?

Actually, with all the snow its looking unlikely that my guests will make it, or that we'll be able to make out to family for Christmas. I face spending Christmas here by myself as OH has gone to fetch the guests and is stuck there.

Just braved the cold and ice to go into town to my favourite Asisn supermarket.

We have friends coming over this evening and I am cooking a beef madras from scratch. I do make a darn good curry (even if I do say so myself! )

Got loads of beers in too, although I will be on the cranberry juice...:rolleyes:

First disaster though - just realised I forgot to take one pack of beef out of the freezer..oops. :eek:

Hoping it will be defrosted in 5 hours time!

Afternoon everyone

So i suppose i'm the baby off the group:D

I WANT SNOW*throws a tantrum!*(i'm allowed im the baby!) all we got is rain :-(, i do hate living down south sometimes, we never get snow!

Last night i counted how many days all my cycles were since coming off the pill and my shortest one was 36 days(:eek:) but that cycle was having AF then getting a bfp, so i think i cant really tell when af will be due this month!

Hope everyone else is well? Anyone doing anything exciting?
