I'm after a little bit of advice
What does everyone eat for a snack? i get fed up with eating fruit! i try and eat as healthy as possible but get so fed up and just want to eat chocolate or sweets and now its xmas my diet is going to be sh*t!!

Ooh smartie that's not good. Get an emergency appointment if you can cause you do not want a urine infection over Christmas and you especially dont want it moving up to your kidneys.

Its Christmas! Its the time of year where you're supposed to eat chocolate and sweets without feeling guilty. Wasabi coated peanuts are lovely and I quite like carrot, cumcumber and celery sticks with some kind of dip, but aside from that I'm a total chocoholic.

hehe yes i know its christmas and im secretly hoping i may put on some weight with eating all the chocolate this christmas:D:D!

Thanks nunny, i do love peanuts:Dmy prob is i dont like much food so i dont really have a wide variety in my diet!
