maybe it is AF..no sign this morning and dont feel particularly PMT'ish, but who knows.

Lots of snow in London today..was meant to be doing a half day at work today but have emailed my boss to say I'm not coming in. My commute is a fairly hefty one, so by the time I got there it'd be time to leave again!

Morning all!

The party went well, far too much food left over as usual! I was very good and only had 2 half glasses of champers (the rest was topped up with cranberry juice!) just in case! Didn't eat a great deal as all the veggie stuff was mainly cheese and I have 'issues' with cheese round about AF time, so thought I'd better be careful just in case!!

Not feeling too bad today, felt a little bit 'not quite right' when I got up and couldn't really face brekkie til about 8.15 this morning. Had bellyache in the night, but it's gone now

I read on here (I think) that someone was worried about having a hot bath in case she was pg - does it cause problems if you have hot baths/showers whilst pg (sorry if this is the wrong thread to ask, but you're all so lovely...... ) - I have hot water bottles every single night as I feel the cold and I'm now worried that this may have caused my mc in August (paranoid? Moi? Too right I am )

LilDevil I'm sure hot water bottles are fine as they're meant to keep you warm:D...the hot bath thing is, if the bath is sooo hot you can't put your foot in it in one go then it's too hot and you need to add water...which you should anyway(Although I don't:o I love to be scalding hot:o)!

Just a quick question for anyone who can answer and tell me I'm stupid:o I said I started AF yesterday..well I started spotting and figured like normal it would go to full flow....but it hasn't:undecided and also have none of the usual aches & pains(except backache but thats a daily occurrence anyway) don't think I'm bloated like normal either, although can't be sure coz I skipped b/fast today I was in a rush:o Also didn't sleep too well last night and I look like poo...as one of my friends nicely pointed out whilst shopping last night..good job I like her:p

So what do you think....have I got some major straw clutching going on here?!?!?

Gawd I seem to be the queen of clutching at straws at the moment, so probably not the right person to comment!!!

As I suspected the woman on the phone couldnt really help me. At least it doesnt sound like anything sinister..its either a weirdly early arrival of AF, or...um...well who knows!

Guess I'll just have to sit on my hands until I can test next week.

Fuzzy is it worth you doing another preg test?

Thanks all for your advice, much appreciated. It sounds like a negative is a negative then which is disappointing, but it's better I know. Still nothing today which means I'm nearly two weeks late. Don't feel any pmt symptoms at all either. I'm going to put it out of my mind now and stop worrying. Af will arrive when she feels like it. Boo. THank you all again x:)

Thanks for that, so it looks like if I'm ever lucky enough to get a sticky bean, I'll be OK with my hot water bottles How I'll manage once it's eventually here I don't know as my friend told me that you should only have the room at a certain temperature - I'm almost always permanently cold and have the heating on full for most of the year :eek:

If you're clutching at straws, then I guess I am (and Metranil Vavin as well by the sounds of it ) too!!
