Welcome to the newbies. I still know nothing so can't help really but rudill i once went for 6 months without a period for no apparent reason. Sometimes AF is just evil.

As for the pg tests, yes they're way expensive, which is why I use ics (and lock them away otherwise I'd POAS all day long!!).

Sorry AF got you fuzz. At least you can partake in all the alcohol and soft cheese you like over the festive season.

I am going to be in such a fuss if I forsake my festive drinking and cheese munching and then AF comes.

Evening all!

Confuzzled, can I please be crossed off the testing list - AF made an appearance today - three days early !!!!!!!! :mad::mad: Took me well by suprise - went to the loo about about 11am - nothing - didn't go again until about 4pm and there she was in full flow!! :eek: which is strange as for me she normally appears in the middle of the night! So I'm hoping that it's just my body finally regulating itself after 11 years on the pill.

Sorry about the witch getting you too confuzzled - just think of all the guilt free festive booze!! 2010 will defo be the year for you!!

I just found out the other day that I've got a new job (hooray!!) so TTC is going to be put on the back burner for the next few months until I settle in. I'm not going back on the pill and will still be charting and checking when I'm ovulating etc, so that when we get back to TTC I'll hopefully be well clued up!!

Lauralou - did you mean snow white!?!? I had to read that a few times, trying to figure out what festive character santa white was!! I guess you have Christmas on the brain ATM LOL! Hope you enjoyed the panto!!

Haha make-it-3 - I don't think I've done it with the lights on from the wild, passionate first days of the relationship!!

hmmm...does anyone know anything aboul implantation bleeding?

Went to the loo a bit earlier and there was a bit of light pinky bloody on the tissue (sorry for TMI!).

I got my positive ov result on the 10th Dec, and AF is roughly due around Xmas Day (mycycle seems to be somewhere between 29 and 31 days).

So...if I am preg, would an implant bleed possibly happen around now?

Sorry, know I'm prob clutching at straws here, but just had shock when I saw the blood as firstly thought AF had arrived, but thats at least another week away, and I've never been that early (21 days)

I also know that the only way to find out is to wait, but just wondered if anyone may know..did a stupid thing just now and did a test, but of course got a BFN.

Auugh..it's all the waiting that does my head in!!

I was exactally the same MV last cycle, i started spotting about cd19/20 and thought it could be implant bleed, even googled it for about 2 hours !!! Even did a PG test which was BFN, then AF came on cd21 :eek: !! I am now trying the OV sticks for the first time and now on stick number 3 and its slowly getting darker so hoping to OV soon !!! :j

I used the ov sticks last week and got a faint line on the Weds, testerd again on Thurs and got a really strong dark line, so got busy BD'ing that evening and Friday.

So thinkiing (if the ov sticks are correct) that I hit the right days..and then this evening I've started getting this spotting, which isn't like regular menstrusl blood at all, and is at least a week early.

So I guess it could be good news...or it could be my insides playing tricks on me again!

I guess I'll just have to do what we all have to do...wait and see!

MV it is perfectly normal to have an odd cycle which is shorter than normal. It is usually just the bodies way of getting rid of an egg that was maybe of poor quality and natures way of getting you to your fertile period more quickly. My cycles are usually around 28 days but the shortest I've had was 23 days but with spotting from cd22.

It's not egg white. It won't stretch more than 1cm. So I'm not ov'ing at the moment. What was I thinking? It's only CD11:undecided
