haha i think all men thinks its very simple to just get pg as they all have 'super sperm' and that it will be so easy.

I think men just dont really realise how stressful and upseting it is for us ttc. Sometime my OH says oh you have been off the pill since feb and not had a baby yet, then it upsets me that i have got pg but lost 2. I so think the comments they make they dont see how we find certain comments upsetting.

Maddie, we seemed to cross mail then! I've just read your message now, They are all the same hun, you are obviously very hormonal and they just don't know how to handle this! I hope you feel a bit better after your rant, it was a bloomin good one, I was very proud of you!

confuzzled - he has actually been getting more interested as time goes on, and at least he doesn't get annoyed with me now when I go on about it or do pg tests. Maybe i should test with him not being there, and just tell him when its positive - then he can just be involved in the happy bit!!

I am definately very moody - it always focuses me on all his bad bits!

Maddie/Sammy girl looks like we'll all be giving the ov sticks a go next month. Let's compare notes. Reading the instructions it seems a bit arduous - should be the afternoon pee, in a pot and you've got to leave it to cool down for half an hour before testing. Good thing I'm at home, otherwise how to you manage it????

Hi Make-it-3 yes I'm definately up for that (although I'm still hoping my moodiness may be a sign of something other than AF)

I was going to ask whether you can just pee on them and therefore whether I'd be able to do them at work. If you have to wait 30min it'll have to be done at whatever time I get home.

I have another question on trying to spot OV - how on earth do you feel your cervix? I'm pretty sure I can't reach mine

That is definitely my way of dealing with things though. I like to hope it keeps me sane, but it's not the most healthy, I'm sure. Saves me loads, as I only ever PIAP the once, but it doesn't necessarily stop me fretting..... Ho hum, there's no right way of going about these things!

Can I just say that I've also been sitting here like this (la la lah, fingers in ears) while reading your posts about having done lots of Christmas shopping already/done organised and thoughtful things like writing lists of what you are giving who.... My tactics is to fret about not having done anything for the whole of December, getting in a steadily worse and worse mood, until I can procrastinate no longer, and brave late night shopping the day before Christmas eve, and wonder why I can't find anything appropriate.... I'll never change though....
