Hi jennyfleur - yes, it's only 7 wks, though for various reasons, feels like longer.... Wasn't expecting to catch again so soon, so yes, as confuzzled says, we caught the uber-fertile period (and after the previous mc too, when we caught in the second month). I thought it was a myth too, but am now convinced.

Sorry to hear that you've been arguing with your OH. I just think it affects people in different ways and at different times - it certainly did for us. We just take turns in being "the strong one" and the "wobbly heap"...! Sounds like you're trying hard to communicate as much as possible, and I'm sure that's the key. I'm thinking of you (and of course of everyone else).

Hi Ladies,

Just wanted to say that the agnus castus and the B vitamins really made a difference this month...so far I have ovulated 3 days earlier that my earliest previously! also my cbfm as soon as it asked me to start testing i got a high straight away whereas i usually get a low for several days...so thats a result!
Im hoping they lengthen my lp slightly although my doc didnt seem convinced.
Im having my hormone tests done on Thurs so im excited about that.

If you get 2 days with a peak reading on the cbfm, which do you call your ov day? is it the 2nd peak day or the day after that?

just wanted to share with you what it recommends you taking while trying to conceive in the healthy mag I get, OH is buying them thurs apart from folic acid as have always taken this, every little helps -

zinc - is an essential component of genetic material. A deficiency can cause chromosome changes in men or woman, leading to reduced fertility and an increased risk of miscarriage. Zinc is found in high concentrations in the sperm, and is needed to make the outer layer and the tail of a healthy sperm
Dose both take 25mg a day

Folic Acid - your body needs folic acid to produce DNA. It helps protect unborn babies from developing spina bifida
Dose - both you and your partner should take 400mcg a day, along with vitamin B6 (50mg) and B12 (25ug)

Selenium - helps protect the body from free radicals and can prevent chromosome breakage, known to be a cause of birth defects. Its also essential to maximise sperm formation.
Dose - Both you and your partner should take 50ug twice a day

Well i am soo tired from work(hopefully being tired is a good sign, haha!)

Not much to report pn the land of Laura!dtd again last night, woo:rotfl:! Oh got my appointment to get the tests done,but the doctor im seeing is only at the hospital twice a month so my appointment is 3rd dec:eek:ages away :-(. Cant wait to get the results for that as we are back ttc so i get scared at the thought it happening a third time.

Ali glad your first day back went well, my work were nice on my first day which i felt really helped.
Jenny sorry things arnt to great, maybe give it a couple of days then give your OH a big hug!
