What's your problem.. mine is number 9

You are a brave woman. Much braver (and probably much more organised) than I

If I had triplets I would have an 8 year old, twin 6 year olds with possible ASD, and three new babies:eek: I'm not organised enough for that!

ETA, Bless, one of the twins reading over my shoulder just told me I spelled 'ASDA' wrong :rotfl:

  • hi girls/bumps - hope we're all well. Welcome to the newbies too.

Just been shopping. Since finding out what we're having, I've done nothing but shop! I did manage to get some nice bits and pieces from Next and TK Maxx though :) Problem is, I don't think he likes it when I stand up for too long. I got a really bad pain after a while in one side of my bump - a bit like a cross between a stitch and like I'd done too many sit ups. I'm guessing it's just ligaments but wow it's sore! He's still flipping about in there though so I figure he's fine.

Hee hee. Picked up hubby's valentine's present today. It's one of those pillows that has a speaker in it. Maybe it will keep him on his side of the bed and away from my pillows Grrrrr! :rotfl:

I've come across a little side effect of getting gestational diabetes. I seem to be getting no antenatal care?? Everyone I see and that's a lot of people - is from the diabetes clinic, and yes they do all the tests I need, but a chat about something other than sugar would be nice...

Goodness, how I miss the erm missing smileys...

When I had the twins I had them naturally, which the doctor seemed to think was unusual and asked if he could bring in 'students' I said ok, and 15 minutes later about ten of them were in the room with me, the midwife, and seemingly half the hospital :o

This was on a sunday afternoon, glad they weren't born on a weekday, might have got 50 students :rotfl:

Can't imagine why you'd want 14 people you know in the room

It's bad enough trying to look the staff in the eye the next day :o

Al Ive lasted 37 weeks withouth a poached egg I can wait a little bit longer lol

:D I was desperate for pate with Joseph. I missed it soooooo much. I nearly stuffed a baguette and pate into my labour bag. Eventually, when I took my first bite.... it was the most disgusting salty taste ever :rotfl:.

Thankfully the aversion didn't last long, and I have not deprived myself this pregnancy.

Last time I was pregnant before this one I had cravings for almost-raw meat, steak, liver, anything I was cooking I had to stop myself fishing it out of the pot almost as soon as it went in :o

The cravings are hell to ignore aren't they.

Tinned peaches this time, and I usually hate them.
