Morning all, had a proper rubbish nights sleep and it wasnt the OH fault for a change! Aswell as being uncomfy I kept having very short but odd dreams then would wake up and stare at the ceiling for ages!

Hospital this morning, hoping this thing on my neck is as innocent as doc thinks! More money for parking as well, why do the NHS have to charge so much all this parking is costing a fortune atm!

Debating putting my hospital bag in the boot too, just cos been feeling so rubbish dont wanna get cought out, at least if its with me then OH only has to get to me and not home and then me :S

    Morning,

Congrats on your little girl Mel :D How exciting after 3 boys!

Som - congrats on 37 weeks, let us know when to start the labour vibes :) & congrats to your friend, what's she called baby? (I love hearing baby names!!)

BSM try not to worry too much about measuring big, I've measured a couple of cm big pretty much the whole way through - they just think he's gonna be a long baby :) SIL measured massive throughout, said she'd be having a whopper, out came a 6lb 2 tiddler & lots of water!

Glad the midwife had good news Smartie :D and  to twins!

EA hope you're ok today? Is there nobody around you could spend time with in the day while OH is at work? I'd go mad if I was at home all the time so force myself out - whenever a friend's off work I go and burden them :D Or I go for a walk etc, just to get out and stave off boredom!

    Kindof how's the head today?

CAFC have you not managed to see a doc/dentist yet?

No news here, can't sleep comfortably at the mo as it feels OH is on top of me even when he's on the other side of the bed, so taken to afternoon napping :o Baby is so low, I can feel the very top of his head like an inch above my bits  so walking is a tad tough!! Hoping the RLT and persevering with the walking will make him arrive next week :D
    Baby Boy arrived March 25th 2010 - 17 days late & 8lb 10oz :j

Congratulations on the birth of Alfie SJ what a lovely name as well xx
:jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j
  • Morning all, had best sleep i've had in ages, only up once for the loo instead of 4-6times! Kept having weird 'end of the world' type dreams.. a cross between 'Survivors' and 'Zombieland' without the famous people, ended up in a Costco with a bunch of people and living there fending off the zombies.... Is this also a sign of 'baby brain' lol

Kindof - yeay for cooking success, My OH loves toad in the whole tho usually buy the ready to cook ones as there often on offer at tesco. OH cooked in the end cos am so tired, tho dont know why! We had gammon, egg and chips :D Oh and arctic roll hehe, seem to have gotten into a bad habit of having dessert all the time now!

Feel really ick atm, not sure its cos am tired or cos baby girl is getting tres uncomfy, I seem to be able to feel every lil move atm! Friend had her baby boy, 9 days early. So hope I go early am starting to get impatient now and as Im 37 weeks tomorrow dont mind now. OH says she might be stuck in traffic when we talk about her arriving, I blooming hope not!

OH loved it, he had never had it before, cos his dad never liked anything 'daring' (flipping daring lol)

Mmm gammon, egg and chips sounds lush as does the artic roll :)

Som I feel ick too, I dont know whether to ring hosp, the MW told me to ring if I had headaches, and I have had them on and off since I saw her on tues, my feets were swollen a bit yesterday so am worried BP is up.

Then I woke up with really bad pains in belly at 5am and had to go to loo, I havent felt beany move today yet, but I could be over reacting with that cos he could be asleep.

I am scared to ring the hosp in case they want me to go in for monitroing and I amon my own here (sad arent I)

    EA those biscuits look lovely

You's are all being nice to your OH's all I have him is a card lol

Redmel - congrats on team pink,I hope to be over the parent thread soon :)

Gymfiend not so good, its not bangingin but you know when you can feel a headache coming? I am just trying to build up the nerve to ring the hosp to see what they say

  • Kindof- ring the MW and she might be able to comd to you and check your BP and urine. Could OH finish early?
:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator :p
  • She told me on tuesday to ring the hosp cos she is only avaiable on a tues and a wed cos she does other stuff the rest of the week?

I think I amjust over reacting, I am tired, so I might go back to bed for a nap cos I had a crap sleep see how my head is then.

If I have a headache ring the hosp

Beany is moving around now so I am not worried about that.

I dont know if OH could finish early, thats a thought
