Mmmbop is getting played on Radio 1 :D :T Now that's a rare occurance lol.
  • Hi :D

Kindof- Oww...i had itching all over bump towards the end of my 1st pregnancy. Kept lathering E45 cream in and it helped.
With the bumps, I don't know if it's heat rash? I had a heat rash over my chest and neck a few weeks ago. Was quite itchy raised spots but just stayed cool and let the air get to it and it soon calmed down a lot and disapeared.

Som- Hehehe...at the end of my sons pregnancy I had a two bumps on the go. Well not quite,lol...under by chest there was a small bump which was sons bottom sticking out and then there was the rest of my bump, looked well funny :D

I'm going to keep my changing bits and bobs upstairs but keep a little wicker basket in the living room with nappies, wipes, talc and bottom cream in. I'll just stock up on nappies each evening in there :)

Can't get over that since my scan bumps just bloomed out, lol! So excited :) xx

Haha, we just had our house inspection and the man looked into the babys room which is obviously very pink. And i said i had permission to paint it that colour and sorry for the mess but im trying to sort everything out for the baby.
And then he said "when are you due?"
    I said "She's due in 45 days"
And he said "Oooh what sex are you hoping for?"

I just went "Umm, well i know its a girl.." :rotfl:

Nikkit - I like the look of the Lloyds one and know I can easily get hold of replacement pads as its a current model. Have my eye on an Elle Tens atm :D

Kindof & CAFC - I bought a lovely pink laundry bag (drawstring) form jojo maman bebe reduced from £12 to £3 and it fits with our baby stuff fab and its not so big that I'll over fill it, roughly the size of one load :D I did see some fold out laundry bins in Mrrisons for £3 too and said to OH if we hadnt gotten one alreadyt would get that, they had them in blue and white.

Kindof - foot moved eventually thank heavens! Sorry to hear about the itching, I'd say E45 is a good bet.

EA - We bought the Superman baby grow in 6-9months as friend already got us the 0-3 but they were selling fast and almost gone when we got ours and they only arrived that day, so get in there quick! Have superman bibs too from Asda and on the lookout for other stuff hehe. OH and MIL is convinced my bumb has dropped, I cant decide, but would explain the extra toilet visits and pressure on pelvis!

Ymake - have my anti d too today, hope they remembered this time as last time had to go from MW at doc over to hospital then sat and waited there for 2 hours!!! Not amused.

34 weeks today woohoo, am still amazed how fast its going, even week to week! Baby could be here in 3 weeks, and both of us are convinced I wont get to EDD. Pretty much everything done now barr delivery next Thursday, then need to make up cot and voila! Upping to 2 RLT today 1 at lunch 1 in the evening :D Also going to start EPO today too. Forgot to say yesterday looks like we managed to sort getting our IVA out and next month is our last payment for 9/10 months, the amount of the IVA is roughly the same as my wage drop so should make things so much easier and stress free while am on mat leave. Just waiting for paperwork now :D
Baby :female: Tahlie Lois born 15/3/10 7lb 12 oz :heartpuls
    Working on baby no2 :D

Morning peeps hope we're all well :)

Might have to do some maternity shop at the weekend cos Im fed up with having to pull my jeans up everytime I stand up, and some of my trousers are getting more 'fitted' by the day :) Might also start getting bubs a few bits more like baby wipes rather than clothing - bit early me thinks plus once I start buying baby clothes Ill keep adding to it/them :):) Im also tempted in getting the TT manual breast pump for £10 from Asda - has anyone had any experience with that pump???

I got a gym ball the other night from Nettos it cost £5 - well I went walking off and OH caught up with me with the box in his hand and said Id mentioned about getting one, so I did :)
Opinions are like ar*eholes - everybody has one!!!! :D

I just called OH at work to tell him about them! I was describing it and he said i can buy some! :D

I shall go down on Friday, hopefully they'll have some at ours. Otherwise im ordering online lol.
We have our blue superman babygrow, and a red/white and blue knitted superman blanket. And now a pink, lilac and white superman blanket :D

I might look on ebay later, see what else i can find hehe.

Im feeling the extra pressure, especially when im walking. I have to go the the toilet when i leave the house then about 30mins later the pressure makes me need to go again  Feels like she is pushing down on me.

Might make a start on my birth plan and also ask IL's if they have washed the bag they are lending me so i can put everything away :D

  • hi everyone!!!
had my scan this morning, it was AMAZING. i got really emotional, couldn't believe i could actually see bean moving around all over the place. Made it so much more real. He/she really did keep squirming about which was brilliant!
They've dated me at 12+5 so I'm further along than I thought which is also good.... new EDD is 31st July so please could i go on the list for that?
look forward to getting to know you all and thanks for the welcome already!
