SJ - your MW is really out of order! I understand things happen last minute, but not even a phone call!

tink - was nervous at 12 and 20 week scans too even after seeing beenie at 6 and 8 weeks. Oh and June 09 is nothing, how old is your sis? Im with you on getting the bargains now. Hot flushes? check (all the time!).

Boogelly - shame our local BM closed down mind you am so near the end I should refrain anyhoo.

kindof - had the same thing with my over bump trousers, and the vest underneath did the trick, so hope it works for you.

Nikkit - glad things have calmed down, ouchie on the bum tho! Oh and damn yor bargain spotting will have to go look now :P

MV - hope it is just one of those things, if it helps my last two bleeds were never gotten to the bottom of and LO is doing just fine

ymake - you have my sympathies, anti d jabs are no help either! Had to have one monday after my bleed and still have to have one on thur as scheduled, the joys of being Rh-.

CAFC - sorry to hear toothache is not getting any better

Well got to first Antenatal woot! Was all about labour, found out a couple of things but nothing major, still was nice to go and meet other PG ladies in my area and think OH learnt a fair bit

Got home a while back but kept getting power outs and the comp kept shutting down, grrr! Anyhoo have been given a cute pink nappy stacker so OH has put up a hook for it in the bathroom next to where change unit is, will fill nappy stacker tomorrow once hook has set (its one of those duzzit things so glued on!). Also OH put stair gate up across bedroom so can start getting fur ball used to not being in there on a night, didnt quite fit (its a lil too big) but managed to wedge it at an agle between door frame and wall so its all good.

Just had my tens machine delivered , can i try it out ? or do i have to wait to go in labour? will i waste pads by trying it before hand ? just wondered as if i dont try it how will i know how to use it when i go into labour?

Hi nikkit you can try it but not until your 37 wks or more as it can bring on labour. The pads are pretty sticky i had two sets so used one to ease my discomfort for the two weeks before bubs arrived and saved the other set for the actual labour.

Twinkles - sorry about MIL, they can be really difficult - I haven't yet admitted to mine that I'm not intending on Breastfeeding this time round; I just know what the reaction's going to be...

Hi ladies, I have been lurking on here for ages but haven't yet joined but I have my 12 week scan tomorrow so as long as that goes okay I will be asking to be put on the list! I'll let you know official EDD tomorrow but hopefully should be first few days of August Really excited and also a bit scared! xxx

Hi again Nikkit - sorry I've just had a wobble and decided that I really shouldnt go on the EDD list yet. I'm terrified about my appt tomorrow and what they are going to say, still bleeding with AF type cramps, so probably shouldnt even think about the list until 12 weeks like Pru has done.

So could you remove me again for now?
