Morning all
Am up bright and early as handy man will be hear to put up shelves soon. Just drinking my coffee then will jump in the shower quick before he arrives as OH is taking the dog out in a mo. Will be so good to get some of the stuff up on the wall and out of the way, alot of it is in the cot atm!
Also need to get rid of the clothes in the back of the car, tried to take them to the charity bins at the supermarket but they were full! Hopefully will be able to get it done today.
Other than that only other plan is more baby washing/ironingBaby :female: Tahlie Lois born 15/3/10 7lb 12 oz :heartpulsWorking on baby no2

Twink - hope you had a good night's sleep and feel better today.
I had a weird emotional night last night. Went out to my sister's and was 7 of us there but I felt really weird and upset for no real reason. Got home at 12 and went to bed cos I was knackered, DH stayed up for a bit and I just lay on bed and burst into tearsHad to come back downstairs for a cuddle. Felt better after that and went back to bed about 1, feel fine today. Think maybe I was just tired as I was quite busy yesterday.
Kindof - have a fab day tomorrowWashing not so bad, its the ironing! 2 loads done so far.
Does it make me a bad mother (already) if I don't iron any of the baby clothes? They're just so small I can't see it making much difference reallyLike Kindof, I don't iron any of my clothes, apart from shirts.

Kindof - nursing chairs arent essentioal but it was something me and OH wanted but knew we couldnt afford. Till I started looking on Ebay! Ours was about £50 and no postage as I was only looking local and collection only, its immaculate and has foot stool too. So that would be the route I'd recommend if you do want one and cheap
Handy man is here, well was, he has popped out for some brackets to help support one side of the shelves as its not a solid wall! OH is in a real moanny mood today, sometimes I wonder which of us is pregnant!Baby :female: Tahlie Lois born 15/3/10 7lb 12 oz :heartpulsWorking on baby no2

I don't iron baby clothes either. (or any clothes except DS's school uniform).
I have a drier but i still wouldn't iron baby clothes if i didn't lol.0 -
I don't have a dryer. Just try to hang washing out as soon as it's done to stop it creasing up too much.0

Hello
Im in a really good mood today
My sister is coming round so i wont be alone cause OH is at work until 8pm. And cause she's so excited about becoming an auntie, i've asked her to help me sort the baby clothes out lol. I always put it off cause i cant be bothered, she has so many!kindofagilr wrote: »EA - Thankfully OH will be taking me to hospital, but I deffo don't want anyone to know we are in labour ... at all, just me and OH and beany

I have the flabby bit to!! lol. Sometimes she fills it out a little, but she's so far up, i have to wait for her to drop before it goes nice and round again haha. The rest of my bump is nice and round though.
Though it looks like i've been scratched by a tiger on my belly, damn strechmarks!!

I'm deffo not an ironer, but I did it for baby Joseph, just to make the clothes softer. So much easier with tiny baby clothes
. The only other thing that gets ironed are hubby's shirts and he gets to do that all by himself. My laziness knows no bounds

Hi all,
I'm not pregnant, although I have a 1yr old and a 5 yr old (both boys). But I posted the below on the grabbit board, and it was suggested that it might be of use on this thread. I was planning to use a tens machine with my first, but as he was 5 weeks early it wasn't possible.I used one when I was having my second and really found that it helped, at least in the earlier stages. Good luck!
"One for all the pregnant ladies... My local Sainsbury's is selling rental vouchers for the Mama Tens Maternity Tens Unit at an amazing £7.22 (may be out by a few pence!). I've had a look around, and Boots, Lloyds etc all seem to be selling this package at about £30. Link to the Mama Tens page below for info.

This was Edinburgh Straiton, on the pharmacy counter. With luck it'll be nationwide.
