I havent been out since wed either, it took so long to get to work and we got stuck in the snow so many times in the car (OH had to dig us out) that we havent left the house since. And it keeps snowing every night, I Love snow, but its doing my head in now cos I want to be able to go to work normally lol

Heartburn is awaful isnt it! I had it real bad last night, I swigged my stuff about 5 times last night when it woke me up

Ive had no cravings whatsoever :(

Kindof - its a good price hun :D I know what you mean about snow been annoying, it hasnt snowed properly again here since wed night/thur am but its so cold it hasnt shifted at all and is just getting icier all the time. OH wont let me out so its like cabin fever is setting in hehe. Hate having a disturbed nights sleep too, especially with a whingy man.

jha - glad your home and ok, must have been scary at the time but so good to hear all the help and attention you got in your time of need was positive :D

Bonty - eeew! those cravings are yuck, I havent really had any unless you count food in general.

3 - timely baby labour vibes for you x

With regards to swine flu jab mine really didnt give me too much to gripe about, was a lil tender liked I'd walked into the door way or been punched or something but forgot all about it tbh. I wasnt notified by doc either but asked about it at one of my check ups. My surgery had been sending out texts and I hadn't updated my tel no so never got it.

Well am sure am getting hotter in bed each night. Am sleeping in the nude, window open, heating off and only have summer duvet on (which occasionally gets kicked off). It does get better if I have a lie in and then have bed to my self but its so annoying as Im awake all the time through the night and cant get comfy. OH has offered to sleep on sofa but feel so guilty especialy as he works so hard to look after me, and I cant sleep anywhere other than bed.

Bubs has been a lil quite lately and was getting worried, but she seems to have woken up now and is jabbing me in the side! OH is taking my to post office when he gets in from work, have a mystery parcel waiting for us!

  • Hi jha, I just wanted to say congratulations on Orit-Rhian. I saw the pics on fb and she is gorgeous. I hope you're both recovering well after her dramatic entrance!

I just also wanted to say TAKE IT EASY! Sorry to shout, but the first week after an EMCS is hard, but it does get better and quickly so rest as much as you possibly can at the moment, let OH do everything he can and don't try and be super-woman and rest assured that you will be back to normal really soon.

Can't wait to see you over on the Parents thread (and you too, PP if you're lurking) x x x

    Morning all,
    Feeling rubbish today :(

Had what appeared to be diawoowoo last night, and it has came from no where, but everytime i was in the toilet i was getting horrible cramps in my bump. Then everytime i generally moved last night i was getting the crampy pains again.

The baby has been giving me small kicks though so i know she's ok, everytime she moves it hurts so much :(

    Pity? :o:rotfl:
Um sooooooooooooooooo bored!!!! OH is watching some stupid jeremy clarkson dvd he bought today yawn!

Is it Duel? OH has that and i let him watch it and all he did was get me to look at something that was just really funny/cool/amazing/etc.:mad::p

JHA- Glad your both home, and she is beatuiful!!! :D

Whoever was saying about pregnancy skin, mine is rubbish. I used to get spots when AF was due and since being pregnant i've had none on my face, but loads on my back, and my skin is so dry and oily its unreal lol.
But my nails are super strong so yay :D

I wondered if they were still offering swine flu jabs - I haven't been offered one. Don't want one anyway but was surprised nobody has mentioned it to me!

I've not heard anything either. Still haven't decided whether I want it or not.

Oh and I meant to ask are all hospitals testing for MRSA? At the 20 week scan I had swabs done (had forgotten until now). Apparently people can carry it on their skin without knowing, was all clear though thank goodness!!
