OMG cant believe the time and am still wide awake, think it must be the cherry coke and pepsi I had earlier! Just watched Sweet home Alabama, I love that film such a cute ending :D

32b - was me asking about matress waterproofing, wish we had a pound shop that sold things like that. Was looking on amazon earlier and found a double matress protector thats water proof too, was less than £10 inc p&p so think I'll order that as it can stay on the bed after incase of future accidents! Might get some of the disposables too for the car and sofa better safe than sorry.

EA - after our walk about town earlier I'm really sore too, hate to think what am gonna be like when I have to back to work on Monday eek! I dont mind being beaten up either, as I said a few days ago its kinda nice hehe.

Not sure if am getting BH yet, had some tightenings the past few days but kinda put that down to lil girl have a good stretch as they weren't painful. My issue (or bonus) is that I have quite a high pain threshold, so I find things uncomfortable more than painful. Take for example when I broke my wrist, took me 3 weeks to figure out I'd done it!

Just popping on to dish out more labour vibes!

Som, I think you're planning a HB anyway, but just to ALL ladies - I would DEFFO recommend picking up a cheapie shower curtain/whatever or 2. One of the main things I hated about my labour was after my waters went, they continued to leak quite badly (as in, pads would overflow instantly if there was a gush), so I was rather confined to the bathroom which I found insanely uncomfortable. If I had had something to put down on the bed/floor, I could've moved around a lot more and found different positions to labour in.

jonno, it's likely too late but you know you don't HAVE to go into the hospital...NICE guidelines are actually 96 hrs for waters going, but NHS tends to do 24 hrs. Anyway, you always have a choice and they can't make you do anything.

Today we're going to have the grand adventure of the library! Is it sad that I'm nervous? :p

    Happy new year!

Anyone watch Doctor Who?? I dont like the new guy, it looks like his face has been made of play-doh. And David Tennant is yummmm! And now he's gone :(

Bought a new printer today, walked all the way into town and i think im starting to get BH's now, everytime i walk distances i get them and owww :o

Got a new printer today, and i think i may of got my HIPgrant. I have alot of money in my account but a mini statment shows nothing

Need to find my barclays calculator thingy so i can log onto online banking :D

Labour vibes for those in need!! PP & JHA is all i can remember! :)

eta: Yeah i got my HIP grant :D

YAY for your HIP Grant coming in :)

LOL Three I know, we were both laying on a seperate sofa last night watching telly, we had been for a long walk in the snow which I dont think now was a good idea, cos my pelvis is killing me, and the first part of the triffids ended and we needed the sky remote to put the next part on and he was like "baby wheres the remote" and I said "next to your flipping feet, dont think I am struggling off the sofa to your feet to get it"! men lol and eek 30 days to go

Good advice Aless, I will get some of those in.

You know the mattress protectors we need? do they make the bed uncomfortable when you sleep on it? and at what stage of the pregnancy would you recommedn putting them on?

We're going back to toys r us today, I htink (not very good are we lol) we have decided on the travel cot from their instead of moses basket, and they had a Hauck one reducde from £60 to £30 so gonna get that, and I have been itching to play some board games like Monopoly and we dont have any so I wanna buy some, then I need to bully OH into playing them with me lol

The weather is awful though, we have like 10 inches of snow andits blowing a gail out there, I hope the roads are quiet

Afternoon all, Labor vibes too JHA PP and Jonno,

Sorry that your having such a stressful time PP hope it either becomes proper labor or stop's so you can get some much deserved rest.

Had my Dad on the phone at 8 this morning followed by him at the door at 9.30, think the stress of mum wanting to move forward and dad wanting things to stay the same is pushing a wedge between them, so he has decided to see about getting work away from home. I don't want him too but i think it may be for the best short term anyway, that will let mum get people in to do the work(they were in the middle of renovations) and dad won't have to see the changes as they happen and the money won't go a miss either.

Bubs is being really active this morning and has made it clear that he has limited space by kicking me to the point i had to run to the loo as i thought i was going to have an accident in front of dad lol

The mattress protectors aren't too bad the ones i had for DD and DS were like sharing a bed with a couple of crisp packets but the ones i have now are OK OH didn't notice them for days.

I'm hungry again off to raid the fridge,
