Well i told them adamantly their new dates were wrong they wouldnt have none of it though :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Keep an eye on your movements hun and write down when you get them im sure they told me with DD2 that it was 10 movements in either 12 hours or 24 hours there was nothing to worry about if you dont get that many then make sure you ring the hospital so they can check your both ok xxx

lovely beenie , those afterpains you were mentioning , well the more kids you have the more painful the afterpains are , it feels like you are in labour all over again , well this being my forth will be very very painful , its your uterus going back to being small , and the more kids you ahve the more it has to shrink thats what the pains are , i remember with myy dd i told the mw i think i must of been having twins as a baby was still inside me and wanted to get out , taht was about 2 days later

    *butts in*

I had bad after pains with DS2, but the only one I had after DD was when I stupidly drank some RLT! Even then it only lasted a few seconds. And I was on far stronger pain killers with DS2. I remember with him being bent double in special care over a sink and no way could I move, had to breath through them like proper contractions. Was very happy this time not to get any.

Beenie, your pain sounds like let down pain, does it happen on both sides? It felt like they were suddenly frozen then needles shoved into them and a dull pain deep down. Sorry to say, I had it bad a good few weeks then it got a bit better, but didn't really go untill recently (even though I stopped BF at 13 weeks). When you get one and baby isn't feeding from that side, shove the heel of your hand into it and press hard.

And also, awww I remember some of you only having tiny beans last time I was in here *sniff* :D
  • Right, am back. 8 gooey-centred chocolate cakes, 6 mega double choc & orange cookies, & a christmassy sponge cake later and still no sign of baby! Thought the smells might entice her out ;)

I can honestly say im glad im not early pregnant over xmas. If i threw up my xmas dinner i'd be gutted lol.

Right i painted OH's mug lol. It looks like its done by a 6year old!
I painted an xmas tree with the date and 'our 1st xmas' underneath. Even though its technically our second, but its our first together.
Then i painted a baby girl with 'Lily due 7.3.10' underneath
And then some wedding bells with our wedding date.
And then a heart with a names on lol.

Its basic, but i needed a mug to make the mug and sweets thing :rotfl:
