I love all the names i have seen on here, the birth list is full of lovely names, I like Elliot and Thomas - both proper names which i love! I love alot of the old fashioned names. If ours was a girl our choices were Isobelle (DD's fave) or Madeline.Madeline is a good old Hanson name too lol
They are fab thanks (like I know them lol) they have another new album coming out in the spring, it will be their 5th studio album but their 10th actual album release

I used to be able to spend ages on my own and be happy, but i miss OH to much lol.
I might take up a hobby lol
Any suggestions of good hobbies that doesn't require me to spend alot of money or leave the house to much?0 -

Yeah i was the same - i decided to work until the week before DD was due. And then she came three days early so i only had 4 days to myself. I was sooooo bored even then i remember bleach cleaning every crevice in the flat.
But saying that i haven't worked for 18months now as decided to be a stay at home mum. It's much different now and i LOVE my 2 days a week off when DD is at nurseryI miss her when she is there though and often wish she was home! I'm glad when she starts school in sept i'll have new bubs to look after or i don't know what i'd do with myself.
I keep being desperate to get back to work but OH keeps reminding me once i go back i'll miss spending all this time with DD. He is right! And works blimmin hard to allow me to stay home so i can't moan too much!Mummy of 3 lovely munchkins :smileyhea0 -
We're trying to work out how much OH can reduce his hours at work so i have someone with me once the baby is born.
I'll prob forget about him by then as i'll have a brand new baby to be best friends with :rotfl::p
I dont know how to cross stich. But i did see a cheapy childrens cross stich set y'day, so i'll buy that so i can learn how to do it
I would bleach clean this house, but im to cold to leave the comfort of the living room!
When the cotbed comes in Jan i will be fine as i will be able to sort and arrange the nursery around that0 -
Scrapbooking is fun - but prob more fun once bubs comes and you can start a 'life story'. I have a scrapbook with loads of pics of me and OH though. Ebaying too, selling loads of stuff and making it all end so you only need to go post office once or twice a week! Erm baking??? I always said i would but never did, lol! Oh Sims on the PC used to be my vice, lol - i'd play it for hours!
My boobs are really sore - underneath is really painful. Anyone had this or know why maybe? I haven't been measured yet and am wearing my old underwired bras from just after i had DD - maybe it's the wire. Ouch - it's really painfulAnd i had to take out my nipple peircing a few weekss ago too which has already closed so i'm a bit upset.

It's a bit late in the year (but maybe not for you if you haven't even got the pressies yet, lol) but last year i handmade all of the Christmas cards we gave out. You could try this - they don't have to be too fancy either! Some stick ons, cut out shapes, beads/sequins, or glue and glitter with stencils - anything like this
Everyone was impressed and chuffed by my efforts. Lol OH's family now know i am the arty type which they always though he was, hehe. Takes alot of time but great to see when done!Mummy of 3 lovely munchkins :smileyhea0 -

Gill - yeay for ordering your pushchair.
Kindof - had a letter yesterday to confim I have been given the Hipg and to allow 7 working days, so far no sign of it in the bank yet. I posted mine on the 25th Nov.
Oooh only 7 more people left on the EDD list for this year, eek only 29 infront of me, and of those I only see 11 names I know to post here regularly, that list has gotten short quick.
mgeb - you have some fab bargains there, well done x
EA - the simple invite sound fine to me. Oh and am bored already too, specially as OH doesnt want me doing anything strenuous! Downloaded cradle of rome and played that for 80 mins solid earlie but now the free demo has run outwill have to look fo another copy I think hehe.
