Som sorry I totally forgot to say thank you for the advice on car seats yesterday, so thank you Our plan of action is to go and look at all the baby shops on Saturday morning & see which looks best, I wanted to go on my own today but OH is insisting I wait so I don't buy anything garish!! I think he's mad personally, last Saturday before Christmas :eek:

Totally random note but talk of midwives names reminded me - the one I hate looks and sounds just like Gillian McKeith! I so wanted it to be here this week when OH was with me so he could see for himself!! When she's being her usual crap self I feel like telling her she'd do better as a screen double than she does as a midwife

Snow is forecast today & I am admittedly sat in bed looking out of the window every 5 minutes in hope I love snow!

Well I had a crap night's sleep again! Got a shooting, trapped nerve type pain on my right lower back. It's ok when I sit still but when I move I get a sharp pain. Wasn't great as every time I moved in bed it hurt and woke me up.

I don't *think* i could be anymore angry with Barclaycard right now. :mad::mad:

Morons have taken money out of my account even though i've already made a payment this month, i knew something was dodgy when their debt people kept ringing me even after i was promised i wouldn't be contacted til January. So i'm on hold, after being transferred for (no lie) the 6th time "to the right dept"

Congrats Always!! :j :j :T :T Hope mom & boy are doing okay. Beenie, now you HAVE to go soon - the birth list is almost all boys!!! (ooo maybe this means I will get my little girl )

Gosh, I wish I knew a magic cure for not getting boiling hot at night (other than sleeping without heating, but I think DH would walk out on me! ). Even once I kick the duvet off and just have the top sheet it still feels like a million degrees...but only in the middle of the night - I'm never hot at the start nor in the morning! This baby likes to torture me

Not awake yet this morning...can I just stay in bed til labor starts? Would make life much easier!!

OMFG!!!!

They're saying i authorised a payment by telephone on 11th December that's a BLATANT lie!!!! OMG!!!! Thieving lying dirty mongrels!! There's no flipping way i authorised that, seems their debt collection agents have been telling lies. I'm FUMING!!


They better have a bloody recording of this apparent phone call and the thieving gypsy better lose his job! :mad::mad::mad:

Oops just saw your post after my edit. She said they "might" have a recording, they're putting me through to someone else (7th time).

Like i said to her there is NO WAY i would have authorised it, i told her it's my rent money and money to get me to hospital when i go into labour anyday now!!

Oh great it's 'Punjabi Speak No English' on the line now

I have no idea of the outcome of that call cos he seemed to be speaking a mixture of languages. But basically i demanded that he listen to that recording there and then and reiterated i am about to go into labour so need the money to get to the hospital (lol, still true though lets be honest). I *think* he is refunding me the money but i won't get it back for another week :mad:
