Hi all, hope everyone is OK
Saw the Amanda Holoden programme today and hasn't put me off too much, lathough not sure I am going to be able to do this!!
Yesterday OH was such a sweetie, on Sunday night I had a bit of a panic and cry about labour/ babies/ being a mum etc as I was packing my hospital bag and starting to worry about things, he made me feel better and then bought me a nice dressing gown and nightie for the hospital last night. :A
On the way back to the car he saw someone slumped over in the drivers seat on a car and went over to check they were ok, it was an old man who was having a nap waiting for his wife! :rotfl:He was touchingly grateful that we had checked on him though which was nice.
Tonight OH is doing my head in!! He still thinks he has something wrong with hiom and had some blood tests today, but is feeling really sorry for himself and moping, and getting worried about being ill at the weekend/ christmas/ if the blood tests come back with anything/nothing etc. He is such a worrier, the only way he stops is if he needs to look after me!
Went to work for my XMas lunch today, was so exhausted after that so went back to bed this afternoon for 2 hours. Can't believe I am so tired all the time. Will def be open to labour vibes from the 7th Jan (37 weeks), if I haven't had her already as I can't be this tired all the time.
With regards tothe , ahem, 'aids' for sweeps etc, I will def be investigating this!:p
Waters and boobs are still a bit leaky today, but not as bad so i guess resting is helping.
Blimey, sorry about the long whingey post, think I'm feeling sorry for myself:rolleyes:Boots: £107.xx on AC :j

I KNOW. Jeez, I thought TTC was hard work, but turns out all the crap we have to do to get the baby into proper positions & out is far harder! I'm sick of feeling guilty whenever I sit down instead of being up moving around. Wish we had stairs...I've made due with step aerobics on the Wii Fit!
jha...I just looked at my ruler...3 cms is 2 finger widths for me, but prolly 1 1/2 of DH's podgy ones. don't even want to imagine him trying to stick 2 fingers in my cervix, sooooooooooooo uncomfortable!!top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne

HUGE LABOUR VIBES TO ALWAYS0 -
haha, usually feels firm but mine felt squishy last week but i only managed a fingertip prod on it. Tho i've heard people saying their mw commented on cervix being firm or whatever when saying whether they were favourable for labour, so maybe squishy is a sign?0
